Our primary innovation is our Research and Development of modification processes on non-structural components to meet better reliability and performance. Hence, lower removal rates with improved quality/presentable cabin.

Aircraft Airframe

Wide and narrow bodied aircraft: Heavy Maintenance checks, Re-configurations, EOL, & Acquisitions.

Work scope planning based on the MPD, STCs and modifications.
MRO management including overseeing the work to be done
Ensure schedules and deliveries are as planned and targets are achieved.
Plan and ensure budgets are achieved.
Assist with MRO selection, based on risk and cost analysis and past experience.

Experience

B747 classic series (heavy checks) for variouscustomers including 99% of all Boeing service bulletins issued to the classics.
B747-400: Managed D checks including full Cabin modifications done by STC.
Managed at various MRO’s both D & C checks for the B747- 100 to 400 series aircraft.
Lear 45 Cabin Retrofit
B757 Cabin Retrofit
Managed various C checks at various MRO’s for A319’s, A320’s & A321’s. B737 classics and B737-700’s & 800’s.
A320 Cabin Retrofit and EASA Minor change approval.
Managed & Provided On-site ATR 72 Cabin Refurbishment.
B777 Cabin Reconfiguration
